Change Reports are linked to Change Requests, Click [[https://users.chpc.ac.za/reports/cmc_request/|here]] to view Change Requests.

It is required to submit a Change Report after working on the CMC Cluster. This report is used when making a decision about the project to be implemented on **//lengau//** 

The fields have explanatory text. Please spend time elaborating on the projects findings.
