The BitVise client can be downloaded from the [[https://bitvise.com/ssh-client-download|BitVise]] website.  The software has a client key manager menu for setting up new keys or importing existing keys.  Please refer to the last section of the Windows ssh-keys tutorial video for a demonstration.
