======Multi Factor Authentication======

Access to the CHPC User Portal is now controlled by using your email address as user name and a password along with a code sent to your email address.  After logging in using your email address and password you will need to enter the MFA code sent to your email address.  Once this is done, you will have full access to your user profile.

====Not receiving the email====

Often automated emails are misidentified as spam.  Please check your Spam folder.

====Whitelist chpc.ac.za====

You can avoid these messages going to Spam by adding the domain ''chpc.ac.za'' to your email white list, sometimes called the "Safe Senders" or "Authorised Senders" list in your email client (eg Outlook).

If your email client only allows email addresses and not a domain, then please add

   no-reply@chpc.ac.za

to your safe senders list.
