3. Relevant Research Outputs should be added to our user portal. These include any publications, student graduations, published proceedings or patents. Research outputs are only relevant if they have both used CHPC resources in some way and acknowledged CHPC within.

4. Below we provide guidelines on completing the Press Release and Associated Illustration:
An updated press release is required for every feedback (independent of whether allocation hours were used or not) before a new allocation will be set. The focus is on promoting your own research, research group and institution and to describe how this research is benefiting from (if not depending) on HPC resources as provided by the CHPC. Press releases will be published on the CHPC Website (and other possible NICIS and CSIR sites).
The 300-word press release should be targeted at a non-specialist audience who, although well-educated, must be assumed to be unfamiliar with the particular scientific domain. Avoid the use of jargon, abbreviations and acronyms.
The press releases will be published separately from other information about the research group, therefore it is necessary to give a brief description of the research group itself. Ensure that the following questions are answered, although not necessarily in any particularly clear order:
