Discovery Studio at CHPC
Ensure you have installed the latest version of Discovery Studio Client and Server (2016)
If you don't have a copy then you can obtain the install files from the CHPC cluster. Just login to lengau and copy the files from /home/accelrys.
Alternatively please email Dr Krishna Govender
To run Discovery Studio follow the instructions provided in the PDF document
Your username and password are identical to those used to login to the cluster
N.B. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL JOBS ARE RUN WITH NUMBER OF CORES = 24 OR INCREMENTS OF 24 (E.G. 48, 72 …)
