NAMD
This page describes how to use NAMD 2.9 on sun.chpc.ac.za.
Basic Usage
To use NAMD add the following lines to your PBSPro job script:
source /etc/profile.d/modules.sh module add /opt/gridware/applications/gpu/modules/namd/2.9
