Ncview, a visual browser for netCDF format files, has been installed on the cluster. Set up a suitable environment with module load chpc/earth/ncview/2.1.7-gcc. Please refer to the ncview home page for more information. For interactive graphics, a graphics-enabled environment will be required, therefore refer to the page on Remote Visualization for instructions on setting up a connection to the visualization node, and running vnc with the VirtualGL wrapper.
