===== CFD at the CHPC =====
CFD users at CHPC should contact [[mailto:ccrosby@csir.co.za|Charles Crosby]] or [[mailto:smathekga@csir.co.za|Sam Mathekga]] for CFD-related questions.  The following codes are actively supported:
  * [[howto:openfoam|OpenFOAM]] versions from version 2.4.0 onwards
  * [[howto:ansys|ANSYS/Fluent]]
  * [[howto:cfx|ANSYS/CFX]]
  * [[howto:starccm|CD-adapco STAR-CCM+]]
  * There is limited support for the [[howto:su2|SU2]] computational aerodynamics code
  * Ansys Icem-CFD
  * There is limited support for [[howto:mfix|MFIX]]
  * There is also limited support for the [[howto:cfd-ace|ESI suite of CFD programs]]
  * The Fire Dynamics Simulator [[howto:fds|FDS]]

Please [[mailto:ccrosby@csir.co.za|get in touch]] if you are interested in getting other codes operational at CHPC.  We are also looking at the following open source codes, and would appreciate feedback on whether or not there is any interest in them:
